On Universality and Efficient Arithmetic Realisation of Ternary Logic Gates

Exhaustively evaluated all 19,683 binary-arity ternary gates; confirmed 3,774 are functionally complete. Proved unary completeness implies full completeness via Rosenberg's theorem (10,529× speedup). Best ternary ripple-carry adder achieves 18% lower propagation depth and 9.4% fewer gates than binary NAND at 32-bit width.
